Due to the special structure of the tube bundle dryer, the flexible deformation of the middle steel tube is drooped up to 15 mm. During the rotation of the tube bundle, alternating stress is generated, which acts on the root of the steel tube and the tube sheet. The carbon content is reduced due to the heat affected zone of the weld. The strength is reduced, so the steel pipe is easy to break. So we use a fully expanded process. Mechanical Process is used to guarantee the tube bundle shaft concentricity.
